Anyone use Madame Bridal or Best Bridal Prices?

(Italy)
I wanted to order my wedding dress, but I don't have much time, so if there is anyone who can give me a response I'll be very pleased.
I am not sure to order my dress fom http://www.bestbridalprices.com or from http://www.madamebridal.com
They told me that they sell original dresses, is this true???
Is there anyone who can tell me their own experience or any one else to give me an advice?
Comment by Diane:Hello Bora,
Thanks for writing and for your question about these wedding dress suppliers.
I know that it gets confusing out there with so many choices and a lot of brides trying to save money on their wedding dresses, but you do have to be careful with some of these companies, so let's check them out.
Best Bridal Prices or bestbridalprices.com is based out of a real bricks and mortar store located in Illinois, United States and have been in business for over 30 years.
From their "about us" page, they say that these are, indeed, the original designer dresses and not knock-offs! (how refreshing)
They can be contacted for questions by email, by phone or you can even visit their store. Very nice to see.
Please make sure that prior to ordering, you check out their return policy on their gowns and make sure that you can live with it since they have a restocking fee of 50%.
This means that they will accept the return of the gown but only give you half your money paid back on it plus you will have to pay for the shipping charges and insurance to send it back.
Madame Bridal or www.madamebridal.comThis is also based out of a brick and mortar store located in Florida, United States and have been in business for over 25 years.
You can ask them questions about their dresses by either going to their store (if possible), email, live chat, toll free phone numbers.
They are also members of the better business bureau (good to know!)
They do say that all of their dresses are from the original designer and are NOT knock-offs (nice!).
I like to check out a company's return policy to see if I could live with it should something go wrong with the item ordered.
Basically, with this company, they charge you a 15% restocking fee (or a minimum of $30) depending on the item you ordered.
Some of the items they sell are final sale, so be sure to check on that!
This company will not refund your money back, instead they give you a store credit which is valid for a full year from the issue date.
If there is anyone else out there who has dealt with these companies, please do let us know!
