Bad Experience with Romantic Gowns

I do not advice anyone to order a wedding dress from Romantic Gowns, I did. There straps around the neck were not designed right, moreover the dress didn't adjust right. It also looked different from the picture that I saw online. I called them for help and they told me to look for a seamstress to adjust it, and I don't think that was very professional from them.
