This supplier is relatively new and located in China. Your only ways to contact them is through email or "live chat". Exact location of the company and phone number is not disclosed (red flag).

Check over their shipping and returns policy to see if they are going to charge a restocking fee. Some companies charge a restocking fee of 50% or more so that by the time you add in your cost for shipping the item back, you are even more in the red.

Contact them through their live chat and email and see if their responses back seem plausible...ask questions, use your credit card for possible protection against fraud (check with your card company).

I couldn't find any complaints about this company.

If there is anyone out there who has purchased a dress from In Wedding Dress could you please post your experience.
