Has anyone heard of this wedding dress supplier?

I personally have not heard of this wedding dress supplier but it really doesn't surprise me because there are so many popping up in China nowadays.

So here's what I can see about this company. It's a young company, about eight months old on the internet as of July 1, 2010.

There are a few issues that I don't like on this site...

Under their Satisfaction Guarantee page it says...''Best product & Best Service'' is our faith. We believe that we shall offer you the most satisfying products and service once you tell us your requests
Bridalpapa.com would like to thank you for visiting our site. We know that once you see what we have to offer, you'll be pleased with our prices and service. We work hard to bring you the very best. Enjoy your shopping experience with Bridalpapa.com and best luck on your big day!

And under their Returns page they say...Order Cancellations
all dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, our gowns are specially made to order. Because of this, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.

So in other words, their word is their guarantee but they don't give any recourse to you if you find that the quality of the dress you ordered...they don't accept returns!

(Red Flag in my opinion!)

Their Contact Us page only allows contacting them through an email form. There is no address or phone number, so just be prepared that if you do order a dress from them and don't like it, you're stuck with it!
