Hi - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I have been chasing them for months for a refund on a dress I returned to them and (surprise, surprise) they either fob me off, ignore my emails or people mysteriously disappear from the company and I have to start all over again.

The dress I received was nothing like the dress I ordered. Plus:

The stitching was already coming undone.
There were spot stains on the material.
The top layer of material and the one beneath it did not line up and this was clearly visible so it looked messy and unfinished.
The sheer material around the bodice hung loose and uneven & did not create a flat bodice like the one in the picture.

My first port of call after receiving the dress was to take it to a dressmaker who said there was nothing she could do to fix the dress (and no, she had not time to make me one from scratch so this wasn't said in order to get more business).

The dressmaker said that it was so poorly made and the fabric of such an inferior quality that she couldn't possibly improve it.

I ended up having to get a last minute dress which wasn't what I had imagined for my wedding day...and without any exaggeration, it really put a dampener on the celebrations for me.

Still no response from them and they still have my money!
