The gown pictured was THE FIRST camo gown ever designed that I know about and it started my business: A Touch of Camo, LLC!! It is featured now as a style both on my site: www.atouchofcamo.com and on the website for the factory that sews for me: Camo Formal.
If you visit out site, please check out my new line of gowns that have lace, beading and embroidery on them along with that 'touch' of camo. I am currently planning to wholesale to wedding shops so gals don't HAVE to order on line all the time! Have questions, feel free to contact me through the website. JoAnne

RE: the camo gown showing on the page by: JoAnne Schnepp
Diane,
The camo gown on the page is from www.atouchofcamo.com and there's quite a history behind it!
It IS the very first camo accented wedding gown to ever be shown on the internet.
It is named Heather for the bride from Texas who contacted me about inserting camo in the skirt anda round the bodice band.
At the time, I had a dressmaker in BULGARIA sewing custom gowns for me...and she did this work. The picture was taken in her shop, which explains the 'look'.
Heather loved her gown, so I put a copy on my website: at the time White Lace and Promises, and it started a whole new niche market...first wedding gowns, then prom gowns and BM and more.
Finally, I had to find a USA factory to do the sewing, because no way could I keep up with the sales.
Now...Formals ETC sews for me, and they also offer most of the same items on their own website: CamoFormal.com.
It has been a fun and exciting niche market and I've loved meeting all the gals and guys all over the US and Canada who love camo!!
