A Castle Wedding Cake is the perfect match for your fairytale wedding and wedding reception.
When deciding on the perfect cake for your wedding, you should choose if you would like to have it as a Tiered Wedding Cake or something in between. You also have to choose if you want to keep it an Elegant Wedding Cake or if you want to go casual/whimsical. Even if you decide to go with a more traditional and elegant for your main wedding cake, you could always have a more fun and casual cake for your groom's cake or even at your bridal shower. Some ideas to use in a Castle wedding cake are turrets, moats, draw bridges, towers, prince and princess, etc. You could even choose to make your castle cake into a sand castle cake! If you are going to have your cake made by a professional baker, or even a friend, just pass along some ideas to him/her and explain how far you want them to take it. Here are some of the cakes I found on a great site called Cake Central. Just click on the image and it will take you to the submission page so you can get all the details on how it was created.
