Casual Beach Wedding Dresses

Casual Beach Wedding Dresses are the perfect choice for your casual beach, informal or destination wedding.

There are really three main things that go into determining a what casual beach wedding dresses are appropriate for a beach wedding.

They are the fabric of the dress, the style of the dress and length of the dress or the dress's train.

Fabric

Since you're gong to be dealing with hot, humid weather of a summer wedding (otherwise why would you be getting married on a beach?), what you should aim for in the fabric of your wedding dress is something light and airy.

Chiffon, light satin or crepe is the best fabrics to look for, however, you can also look into using Lace Wedding Dresses can also be a fabulous choice for a lighter fabric.

Style

And, because it is going to be hot and humid during the summer, you might want to stay away from long sleeves. Also, it is great to stay away from higher necklines such as renaissance, Queen Anne, jewel, and bateau.

That is unless you are going for a themed dress like the Medieval Wedding Dress or any other Uniquely Designed Wedding Dresses.

Instead, stick with sleeveless styles such as halter, sweetheart, and strapless.

Now that being said, if your collarbones are not you finest feature (mine aren't), you might want to choose a dress that has lace in that area as a way of hiding your not-so-finest feature.

Length

Casual Beach Wedding Dresses should be either long but flowing or they could also be shorter like more a cocktail length.

My own personal favorite is long and flowing for the dramatic beach wedding. What you don't want is something tightly fitted or something that will need a crinoline, such as a ball gown style skirt.

Believe me, on a hot day, you want to be able to keep cool as much as possbile (and that includes a little airflow between your legs!)

You will also find that the trains on these types of dresses are usually what is called a sweep train. It is not very long; you wouldn't want to drag a huge, long train along the beach, would you?
