DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!!

I have been dealing with them for over a year now and am fed up with the hassle. I ordered and paid for a dress in Feb which was due to be shipped in May for my July wedding.

It arrived 10 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING DATE AND WAS THE WRONG DRESS!!!

Obviously by this time I had purchased a new dress from a reputable supplier and returned the wrong dress but Discount Bridal are still saying they have never received it back.

I was e-mailing Karen at Discount Bridal every week from early May to be told my dress would be shipped that week.

When it came to 5 weeks before my wedding i realised the reality was i would probably never receive my dress - so went and bought another one.

Karen never once apologised - how can she run a business like that. No customer service at all, I can imagine there are hundreds of brides like me out there who are desperately trying to recover money from her, breaking their hearts about their dresses never arriving or perhaps heartbroken because they did eventually receive the wrong dress with no explanation!

DO NOT GO NEAR THEM.

They also trade as Ever After Bridal so watch out. In order to save a few hundres pounds it's not worth it.

I had a fantastic wedding day in the end in a beautiful dress. Had I waited for Karen i would have been heartbroken (I was during the run-up to the day) and she continues to hurt us now by repeatedly demanding the money from our visa company.

I have 25 pages of e-mails to/from her showing how much I tried to chase her and the tracking number for the return of the dress.

I loved organising my wedding, the ONLY let-down was Discount Bridal - it is "discount" for a reason! Don't go there.
