DON'T buy from inweddingdress.com

A few weeks ago I purchased a wedding dress from inweddingdress.com.

I purchased this dress based on the photo that they posted on their website.

When I received the actual dress, the dress did not look like the dress I purchased.

I immediately tried contacting them by phone however, that was impossible.

The only way to contact them is by email and it took 3 days to get a response.

Their response was all sales are final, sorry if you did not like it but no returns and they suggested I sell my dress @ recyledress.com.

I am in disbelief that this company has been getting away with treating customers this way and stealing their money... please go somewhere else.

The dress you see on the pictures (on their website) is not the dress you will get.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Thanks so much for taking the time to write in about your experience with this online wedding dress supplier.

I do find that quite a few of these companies use the original designer pictures on their websites, but customers receive cheap quality knock-offs.

I'm also confused about their return policy, as this is not what is listed on their website.

You could try your credit card company to see if you can get your money back or you might also try to get help from The Consumer Council which is the China version of the Better Business Bureau.
