Has anyone heard of http://www.dressesol.com ?

I am not sure if this is a valid wedding dress store.

I had asked their "live help" why there were no reviews on any of the dresses, and why there were so many typos through out their entire site except for the homepage which seemed real professional compared to the descriptions.

I got the reply of "We are factory in Shanghai, and customer are too busy to leave reviews".

A few days later I went back to the site while trying to find a dress similar or even identical to the one they had a picture of.

There were all of a sudden no where near as many typos, and reviews under the dresses...and they all had different names, but the date of the reviews was all the same!

Another thing is most of the dresses have the same price or near the same prices, that too was changed the prices are now different kind of, but there are still alot that are still the same as other dresses.

Can someone please let me know if this is a valid site?

I really had my heart set on one of the dresses I saw on it, and have not found a single dress made in the USA that is identical.

My compliments to you for being proactive and checking on this company prior to ordering a dress from them.

It's always important to check into a company before dealing business with it.

So this is what I've found out about this company...

It's website is about 1 1/2 years old (as of October 10, 2010), so it hasn't been around that long and is fairly new, although on their "about us" section, they say that they have been in business for about ten years.

Contacting them is only through an online form or through live chat. I could not find an email address, snail mail address or a phone number (red flag).

If I am giving someone my hard-earned money, I want to be able to readily contact them!

They must have copied and pasted their "conditions of use" page from another website because it constantly refers to "uggsoutlet".

And then there's their "return policy"...

We do not support returning the dress unless we did not make the dress according to your measurements.
Our customer service team will send you a confirmation email after your order to confirm the informations including the measurements.

I'm really not very confident about this company given my findings.

If there are any other brides out there that have ordered through this company, please do let us know.
