Dresswill.com are Shady!

I ordered a dress from dresswill.com and it was not the same as pictured.

They wanted measurements for bust, waist, hips and length with heels. But I did not know if I did it correctly.

They said they would help me but never did. So I told them standard size 16 US.

I waited almost a month for the dress, which was a week and a half longer than the site said.

I finally got the dress, it was shoved into a DHL bag:12x12x5. It was all wrinkled and folded in the bag.

It was not the dress I wanted.

It was a cheap knock off.

So I tried it on and it was all wrong.

They did the wrong sizing instead of the standard size that I wanted.

I emailed them telling them about the mistake, but they were blaming me.

So I did not get a full return. I only got half. Better than nothing I guess.

Just be careful if you order through them. I know I will never do business with them again.

You answered two of the questions that I had about this online wedding dress supplier. That they supply knock-offs of cheaper quality and that they charge a 50% restocking fee.

The way they delivered your dress to you is nothing new.

A lot of these suppliers offer free or cheap shipping but they ship your dress in the smallest possible shape!

I'm so sorry that you had such a poor experience with dresswill.com but I'm very glad that you took the time to write about it here.
