Finding a Food manager for my reception at church

Are there culinary students who want to manage a wedding of 200 plus? I want to plan my menu and buy the food but I need a manager and staff of three to work the reception at the Parish Hall.

Thanks for your question and welcome to the site.

I'm certain that you would find the right people to help you with your reception if you check in a few key areas.

First, definitely check with any cooking schools, culinary colleges, etc. in your area and see if anyone would be interested.

Don't forget to interview carefully as this is going to be an important job and ask for references from their teachers, etc.

You can also go online and join some wedding or culinary groups on LinkedIn. Ask the question and I'm sure you would be pointed in the correct direction to finding someone perfect.

You could try doing the same thing on Facebook and some of the other social networks as well.

With the internet, the world is really a small place and it seems everyone knows someone who can help!
