Floradress.com, interesting but be careful

I looked into this site for you and this is the information that I came up with.

There is actually two sites that are VERY similar in name. There is floradress.com and then there is floradresses.com. So let's look at them seperately.

Floradress.com is a beautifully put together website which says that they have been in business for 10 years but their website (according to hubspot's website grader) has only been around for just under 2 years?

Perhaps it was just me, but I couldn't find an address or phone number anywhere on the site. It seems that your only form of contacting them is through email. I can't even find an business address! (red flag going up!)

I notice on their returns page that they will "... provide you with a return confirmation number for your file and email you return address to mail back the gown." So you won't even know where to send the gown back until they approve of a return.

They do accept PayPal as payment so I would use that option with a credit card (you might have some protection with regard to fraud, check with your banking institution) if you want to try shopping with them.

Now, on to Floradresses.com. Another very nicely laid out site. Their website (according to hubspot's website grader) has only been around for just under 1 year?

They do say that they are located in Shanghai, China, but it seems that your only form of contacting them is through email or a fax number. I can't find an business address! (red flag going up, again!)


Their promise to you is totally confusing!:

"1, We use the best dresses fabrics and accessories production, handmade of pure and environmentally friendly policies.
2, We will set up a contract that we have received your order and payment. We have a contract with you through the E-mailor Fax.You will be in accordance with the requirements of production orders.
3, We designated freight company to complete the production of clothing sent to you hand that you carry out and complete the contract.
4, Production because of the reasons for lowering the quality of the dresses, we expect that you quickly tell us by e-mail within 24hours you receive dresses, we remended to delay the use of you, we have to bear the cost of.

Attention:
Because the customer choose the wrong color or size or the reasons for the need to reproduce, we have to charge fees"

Be careful with these kinds of sites, if there is anyone who has ordered from them, please let us know what your experience has been.

The other suppliers that I have listed might just be a better option for you!
