I was considering ordering a dress from goweddingdress.com but wasn't sure about the quality or service?

I have not heard of anything myself about this company, so if anyone else has had experience with them, please do write about it.

Just looking at their website, though, here is what I can see...

Their location is in China; determined by their contact us page. They give you some choices in contacting the via phone, live chat and email.

I highly recommend that you do indeed contact them to see how responsive they are to your questions concerning gowns and return policies, etc.

One of the questions you might want to ask them is if they are the original designer (highly unlikely at the prices shown)or a knock-off.

If they are a knock-off, it is highly unlikely that you are going to have the quality of dress that might try on at a store in Phoenix.

As long as you are okay with that, they might be a fair choice to order from.

I took a look at their return policy which sounds good (full refunds) except for "We made the items by strictly follow with the style and the material displayed on the site, all requests for returns such as not like the picture I ordered, dissatisfy about the quality and not the material I like etc, are not accepted." which makes me kind of squirmy.

I don't know it is your decision...if you are going to be happy saving money on your dress and expecting it to be sort of like the picture, I think you'll be okay.
