I'm thinking of ordering my wedding dress from happygowedding.com.

Does anyone have an experience with this company?

Any reviews at all?

Or else, please help me... Give me a reliable supplier for custom made dress...

Thanks for your question about this supplier.

I am not familiar with them, so if anyone out there has had any experience please do let us know.

In the meantime, let's take a quick look at this company and it's policies which you should always read before even thinking of ordering online from them.

Communication - the only way to get a hold of this company which is located in China, by the way, is via email or msn. There is no phone number or proper snail mail address.

Length of Time in Business - this is a young company...there website has only been around for 1 year and 5 months (as of February 2011).

Return Policy - Well, I guess returns would be hard to send back because you have no idea where to send them (no snail mail address, remember).

But if you do manage to get one from an email, their return policy needs a little explaining so do be sure to ask prior to ordering...Because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, so, please carefully fill in your size, color, quantity and other information, if the dress is totally made in accordance with your order. Will not be refunded.

Too many red flags for my liking, but if you do decide to go with this supplier, ask if they are knock-off dresses or the original designer (which I doubt).

If they are knock-offs, just prepare yourself for poor quality compared to original designs.
