Hello Kristina,

Thanks for writing in about this wedding dress supplier. I'm not familiar with them, so if anyone has had any dealings with them, please do write in a let us know.

In the meantime, we can take a little look at them...

According to their domain registration, they have only been online for about 4 month, 3 weeks (as of June 2011) so this company is REALLY new.

Although, they say on their "about us" page that they have been in the business for 10 years, so something is not jiving there.

I personally feel better dealing with a company who has been in business for a number of years as proof of their good business dealings, but, hey, you've got to start somewhere.

It looks like the only way to contact them listed on their "Contact Us" page is by form. They have NO email address, telephone, fax or snail mail address.

I always like a company who offers more ways to get in touch with them and who do not hide where they are located.

They're returns page is kind of cryptic. They say that they will provide you with an email that contains information on where returns should be shipped.

So it's up to them to allow you to return the dress and obtain their mailing address.

I would also ask them whether they charge a restocking fee prior to ordering.

Some of these companies (I have a strong feeling that it is in China) will charge up to 40% restocking fee, so even though they will accept your return, you have to pay to ship the dress back and you will only receive 60% of what you paid for the dress.

What you should also ask prior to ordering is if the dresses that they show on their site is the original designer dress (highly UNlikely) or if they are just cheaper quality knock-offs.

Please be careful and do ask questions.

I personally find the American based suppliers such as Romantic Gowns, My Gowns.com, Plus Size Bridal more reliable and accountable.
