Has anyone heard about or had any eperience with DHGate or Mingwu Yang?

DHGate has an online chat feature... I purchase my dress, got tons of support, and once I received the email that the dress was shipped and the tracking number for it... she's no longer online, but will return my emails and is checking on the correct tracking number. I'm very worried since this dress is made in China. Any one have any experience with this seller? Comment by Diane: Hello Debbie, Thanks for writing and welcome to our community! DHgate has been around for almost 6 years (as of September 2010) so it is a well established company (yes, in China). They do have a different sales structure, though. They are sort of like an Ebay store with multiple sellers posting their wares, so although DHgate has been around for 6 years, you still have to check out the seller's reputability. Each seller has ratings and buyer reviews and comments, you should check these out prior to purchasing. I do like how DHgate has a buyer protection program in place... Payment Protection Your payment is only released to the supplier after you have confirmed your item has arrived safely. Package Protection You may also have time to check your delivery for accuracy and are able to dispute any incorrectly delivered items before any payment are released to your supplier. Promptness Protection DHgate buyer protection will ensure that suppliers must ship and correctly deliver items to you within a specified time period. Partner Protection DHgate chat allows you to discuss your requirements with a supplier and if required, have this communication recorded as the basis for a communication contract. Privacy Protection Your payment details are never exposed to any third parties at any time. As for Mingwu Yang, I am sorry, but I could not find anything on this supplier (no website, etc.) If anyone else out there has had any experience with these suppliers, please do let everyone know. |
