I am considering ordering from this company- does anyone have any experience with them?
I e-mailed yesterday to ask about making some minor changes to a gown that I like and received a response today from Zoe.
I realize that the gowns are not designer, but I really couldnt afford a designer gown if I wanted....

Believe me, I know, where you are coming from. I didn't want to spend a fortune on my own wedding dress so I bought off the rack at a wedding dress outlet store for $400.
But nowadays, you have the added bonus of being able to purchase your wedding dress worldwide so you have more wedding dress suppliers competing for your wedding dollars.
The problem is that there are many good ones out there but there are also many bad ones out there. So let's take a look at this one before you make your decision.
On their website, the only way that I can see how to contact the company is through email. There is no phone number, no address, no contact form and no snail mail address.
This sort of throws up a red flag in my opinion...I really like to be able to communicate easily with a company that I am thinking of dealing with.
Prior to ordering, please refer to their returns policy and make sure that you can live with it.
Please note that they will not refund your money due to
"Wrong expectation of the products (including but not limited to, customers just don not like the style, color when they receive the products, but product itself is in good condition)"They will also charge you a 25% restocking fee and you have to pay to ship it back.
You have a good idea and a reasonable expectation that these dresses are probably knock-offs and may not exactly be as shown as in the pictures on their website.
Just be sure prior to ordering that you ask questions and make sure you are happy with the answers that you receive.
