Have you heard of JJ's house?

I have found a website that offers a very affordable version of a dress that I like, but it sounds too good to be true.
It would be great to get more info about the company - JJ's House
Answer by Diane:Hello Rachel,
Thanks for asking your question about this online wedding dress supplier.
JJ's House is a supplier located in China; you can get in touch with them through email, live chat, telephone and they do also list their snail mail address as well.
The thing that concerns me about this site (and a lot of other Chinese sites out there) is that they use the original designer photos on their websites but what you receive is their "interpretation" of that dress.
So, please use those ways of communication mentioned earlier and ask them right out "Are your dresses original designer or are they knock-offs?"
If they are knock-offs, they are usually of lesser quality materials and details, so if you do order one be prepared for what you receive.
The prices are cheaper though, and as long as you're okay with receiving a dress that's kind of like the one you find on their site, you'll probably do fine. Like I say, ask them!
Please note, though, that their return policy does not cover "dresses that don't look like the picture" so I guess that is not a condition for getting your money back. Again, contact them and make sure prior to ordering.
It seems that they will only refund your order due to "Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items".
If it is a sizing issue, they either offer to pay for your own tailor's cost or if it is too different to resize, you get nothing. Read these policies and ask questions prior to ordering to make sure that everything is understood and you know the chances that you are taking.
Please be careful, ask questions prior to ordering.
Best wishes to you always,
Diane
