I think you may still be able to dispute with paypal if you are within 45 days.

I complained to paypal and they have not been very helpful.

I need to follow up again.

Contact them, contact your bank as well.

If you can't get your money back I recommend you donate them to a charitable organization for a tax refund - it's all I could think of :(
