How to Word a Wedding Invitation to Have Guests Pay for Their Own Rooms?

by Melanie
(Calgary Alberta Canada)

How do I word the invitation to a 2 day wedding and have the guests pay for their own rooms at the bed and breakfast?

Answer:

Hello Melanie,

Thank you for your question about wedding invitation wording for your special situation.

I don't think that I would particularly place that bit of information in the formal wording of the wedding invitation.

I think it might be a better idea to add an insert in with your invitation telling your guests all of the information about the bed and breakfast such as location, cost, maybe some history of the bed and breakfast, etc.

I hope that helps you with your situation.

Take care,

Diane
