I have used Florasdresses.com and wrote a review on them on here already.

I would strongly advise that you do not use them.

Those prices really are too good to be true. My dress was poorly made and the material had mould and dust stains on it.

It was shipped in a small bag so was completely squashed. I have paid double the value of my dress to have it fixed and cleaned before I even wear it.

On top of that, you cannot contact them especially if they don't want to be contacted.

I have emailed numerous complaints, spoken to numerous people on the 'online support link' and no one is making any effort to assist me with getting a refund.

If you do order from here take photographs immediately if there is anything wrong with it as proof.

I was in such a rush to fix it that I didn't and now they say they don't believe me, apparently it is normal to spend $100s fixing a dress that doesn't need fixing!?!?

Their customer service has been incredibly poor, their lack of assistance and ability to respond to emails is rude.

Do not use them, you are asking for trouble!
