Information on Tiffany Bridals - Online wedding dress supplier

Does anyone have information on the wedding dress seller: Tiffany Bridals? This is a link to their website:

I have searched the internet for information. I can't seem to find anything. They seem quite authentic, but the fact that I can't find any reviews makes me nervous.

You have every right to be nervous...there's a lot of bad companies out there.

I'm not familiar with this company so if anyone has dealt with them, please do write about your experience.

In the meantime, let's take a little look at it to help you make your choice...

Tiffany Bridal is an extremely young company whose been online for only 4 months and three weeks (as of February 2011), so I could see why you wouldn't have found many reviews of them.

Contacting them is only by email, or live chat when it is working. There is NO phone number or real mailing address. (red flag)

Me, I personally like to know where the company is based, so since it seems like they are trying to hide where they are, I am going to assume that they are located in China. (red flag)

Their return policy needs some clarification as to how a return is handled and if there is a restocking fee or if all you get is a credit to use toward another purchase.

We will provide you with an email that contains information on where returns should be shipped.

So you are at their mercy for them to actually give you their address so that you can ship the dress back to them. If they choose to ignore your emails, what then? (red flag)

If you really want to deal with this company make sure you question them on some of the above mentioned issues and ask them if they are the original designer dresses or knock-offs.

A lot of these sites use designer pictures, but brides are disappointed when they receive a cheap, poor quality knock-off.

Please be careful...I personally find the American based suppliers such as Romantic Gowns, My Gowns.com, Plus Size Bridal more reliable and accountable.
