Inweddingdress.com - Don't Buy from!

I could not decide between two dresses from Inweddingdress.com so ordered the pair as they were such a good deal.

I was happy to keep both dresses and sell one on on ebay as the return notification was quite tight but I was accepting of this.

They exceeded my expectations with the delivery and I received them well within the month stated from ordering.

When I did come to try them on, one fit and looked lovely – I am wearing this on my wedding day with an additional fitting.

Unfortunately, the other was not so good.

I had ordered both dresses in standard sizes but the second was tailored and where the ruching (not sure of spelling) had been taken in they had brought in too much so it was effectively twisted and the dress did not fit!

After several attempts to obtain a refund they replied that they would give me $50 off the website - hardly worth it.

I can't believe that if the dress is faulty they will not provide a refund or replacement as I was happy to sell the second on.

I would not recommend purchasing from here purely on the service it was lucky that the one dress was acceptable but 50/50 odds are not great for your big day!

I agree with you when you say that 50/50 odds are not great. If you pay good money for a product, you expect to receive a quality product.

You also point out how important it is to read all the fine print of a site's policy with regard to returns and exchanges.

Some sites will offer a refund but charge a restocking fee and only give you a "store" credit.

I am glad that you could at least use the one dress that you received from inweddingdress.com and I wish you all the best in the world on your big day!
