Inweddingdress.com - Not a bit! Don't use!!

Just wanted to reach out and hopefully spare a bride to be from a potentially terrible experience with her or bridesmaid dresses.

My fiance ordered the entire wedding party's dresses from inweddingdress.com, thinking that we would be able to save a significant sum of money and have a quality product/experience.

Please, do not make the same mistake.

The dresses not only arrived late but her wedding dress, well, wasn't even really her wedding dress - the sizing was all wrong, e.g. it is nearly a half foot short!

When her mother contacted the company approx 3 weeks before the wedding (they have one customer support individual "Helen" who you can sometimes online chat with starting from around 9pm Pacific Time ) they made no offers to fix the problem.

The best work around that they would agree to was shipping 3yds of fabric to have sewn on the bottom of a dress.... we're 11 days out and they have yet to ship the material.

I'll leave my description of the bridesmaid dresses to: they all had to be altered.... not sure if the company is confusing metric/english units or what could possibly be going on.

Please save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a place that has either a decent product or some level of customer service to overcome unforeseen hurdles.

Don't be fooled by their nice website, as it's nothing but a facade.
