Is weddingdressesinn.com a scam??
I did and now I think I've been scammed. The website does not allow me to track my order and there is not contact telephone number. Their people have been answering my email to tell me the dress is on its way but it seems really sketchy. Has anyone used this site? Comment by Diane: Hello and welcome to the site. In the meantime, we can take a little look and see what they are all about... You have hardly any options to contacting this company; only an email address and a contact form. I could find no telephone, live chat, snail mail address. I really like more options on how to contact a business I'm dealing with, but just by looking at the poor English used on the site, I would guess that it is located in China. I would also guess that the dresses that they offer on their website are also knock-offs and not the original designer dresses. I also note that they are watermarked with another company name (confusing!). Another reason why I believe that they are probably lower quality knock-off dresses is just by looking at their return policy page. Please let me point you in the direction of their return policy... Return and partial refund - weddingdressesinn.com cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as: "The dress does not look like the ones in your picture." "The dress is not what I'd imagine it to be." "I am not satisfied with this dress." - We will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund. As long as you are not expecting the designer dress featured on their website, but a dress that is going to kind of look like the dress, I think you will do alright. However, if your hopes are high, I'm afraid you might be disappointed. Please let us know how things went. |
