They are a scam and they are fake!

You will get the impression that your dress is being delivered from the USA but it is actually China.

I ordered my wedding dress online and was given the completely wrong size.

I tried to send it back and they offer the return policy below...

To save your time and money, we offer 3 alternatives
1. You can keep the dress; we will return you 150 USD.We will refund you within 24 hours if you choose this option
2. If your time permitted, we will remake one for you and ship to you with the quickest delivery method，You just need to pay the shipping cost ($60 USD) for the remake dress. Your choice will be FINAL solution, we will not accept return, exchange or refund any more.
3. You can return the dress to us for full refund, you should be responsible for the returned shipping cost. After receiving your returned item, our financial department will refund you fully within 3 days.
Pls return the dress through USPS or EMS.
Your RMA# is 20100714
1. Write your RMA# on the outside of the parcel.
2. Your RMA# will expire after 7days; you should have the dress posted within 7 days and provide the tracking NO. to us. The item will not be accepted and refund will be refused if it is returned after that time.
3. Please Write $20 USD in the Total Value for Customs

I chose Option 1, as the postage to China would have cost jme a lot of extra money.

They NEVER refunded me.

I have chased them about 20 times since this email and they have made refund and now do not respond to my emails.

Paypal is just as useless and now the company have removed Paypal from their website so you are NOT protected when spending money.

The dresses are NOT originals and the staff are unhelpful. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother and waste your time with this website.

We haven't heard of this company yet and really appreciate you taking the time to write to us about them.

I just took a little peek at their site and can see that the only way to get in contact with them, is through a contact form. They offer no e-mail address, telephone number or snail mail address.

I really hate when companies do this, it seems as if they're trying to hide where they're located and are not very forthcoming. Almost as if they're making it hard for you to get in contact with them.

That's a red flag for me.

I also took a look at their shipping and returns policy page, and could find none of those options that they mentioned to you which you stated above.

Taking a look at their website, I noticed that they offer many designers label dresses with the designer pictures on their website.

I think what you would find is that they most likely make cheap knockoffs of these designer dresses at very discounted prices.

They would try to make them as similar as possible, however, as you have seen the workmanship and quality of materials used is not up to par.

I must say that I'm also a little the leery of the reviews and testimonials on their website, as a lot of them sound the same, are written in poor English and even quote different company names.

It's sad to hear that they have not even followed their own return policy options for you and have not refunded your money as of yet.

Although they say on their about us page that they have been around for years, their website has only been registered for one year and three months as of October 2011.

I would suggest that you file a complaint against kellyprom.com with the Consumer Council which is China's version of the Better Business Bureau.

I would also let Kelly prom.com know that you have not received your refund yet, and have or will file a complaint with the consumer council against them unless your refund is sent.
