Please tell me - are these people real??
I made several enquiries to Brad Simon on having actual stock of Jovani 159918. He confirmed that he had several of these specific dresses in stock in his store.
The dress appears to have a pink undertone on the website.
I then placed an order (order no 11661) for a dress to my distress. Upon requesting the exact colour swatch from Brad Simon, I was told by him that he could not assist me as he now ALL OF A SUDDEN did not have one of these dresses in stock, let alone several as he claimed, and that he could not supply me with the exact colour swatch.
He then came back to say that the supplier says it is the following and I quote him: "I did call them and ask them to check it for me and the representative at Jovani said that the dress lining is White/Ivory with Nude/Baige/Goldish color and the lace is Ivory with White/Gold flower patterns".
I immediately replied and said he must cancel the order immediately.
I have sent several e-mails as well as made an international call and spoke to "Maria" who was very arrogant and did not really want to assist me.
I suppose they catch a lot of people on the Internet!
Please assist herein if you can - to CANCEL the order.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are having such a hard time with this wedding dress supplier, MadameBridal.
Perhaps, you may have some chance at getting your money back by filing a dispute with your credit card company or with Paypal (if you paid in those ways).
Another option for you is to file a complaint with the
Better Business Bureau.
I might also suggest contacting them through their
Facebook page.
