More florasdresses problems

I wrote previously to advise against using this company as I had such a problem with them.

I have been trying to get a refund for my dress for nearly 2 months now and no one is interested.

They contacted this website to get my review removed, and when I emailed the person back on that email address he did not reply (Mike O'Rourke).

I have spoken to several people on the online support and finally someone tried to help me, but eventually came back and told me that his boss, Neo, had told him to ignore me and I will go away eventually.

It is disgraceful that a service provider cannot accept responsibility for a poor service and make amends for it.

Once again, I advise, do not use this website unless you are prepared for a long battle if it goes wrong or are prepared to part with your money regardless of the quality of product.
