DO NOT use this company!

Horrible customer service, quality, and all around company.

The pictures are nothing like the product when you get it.

They're very shady and we ended up having to pick all new bridesmaid dresses at the last minute.

They refused to refund after they messed up, so we were out double.

Such a bad experience and do not wish any other brides to go through the same so RUN!

Thanks for taking the time to write about your experience with this online wedding dress supplier.

I am sorry that you had to go through such a horrible time with them.

This has happened to other brides/bridesmaids; you get taken in by the pictures posted on their websites and order a dress, only to find out that they use the pictures from original designers and what they send you is their "version" of the dress you fall in love with.

In a lot of cases, it's almost too late to purchase another dress somewhere else!

If you paid with a credit card or through Paypal you might be able to file a dispute with them to try to get a refund.

Because this company is located in China, you might also want to file a complaint with their version of the Better Business Bureau called the Consumer Council
