My Raspberry Filling Did Not Thicken
How do I get the
raspberry filling to thicken?
It did not thicken enough after I put in the chambord.

The thickening agent for this yummy raspberry filling is actually the corn starch, so if you find that your filling is not thickening as much as it should be, then simply add
a bit more cornstarch/water mixture when heating the filling on the stove top.
