Has anyone done business with mybridaldress.com or heard of them?
Answer by Diane:Welcome to the site and thanks for your question about this wedding dress supplier.
If anyone has had any experiences with this company, please do tell us all about it.
I'm not familiar with this company so let's just take a looksee.
It has been online for a period of 1 year, 6 months and 3 weeks (as of April 2011), although they say that they have been in business since 2005???
I'm not liking their "Contact Us" page very much...the only way to get in touch with them on it is through a contact form.
I did find an email address, live chat and phone elsewhere on the site, although it took me a while to find them.
I couldn't find a physical address for them, although I did find that this company is located in China.
I always look at a company's return policy to see how well they stand behind their product.
Upon viewing this company's policy, I can see that you have 3 days to get in touch with them and try to get a return number and I guess the address to send the dress back.
Then, they will charge you a 50% restocking fee and you will have to pay the shipping and handling charges to send the dress back.
I don't know if it would be worth sending it back?
You really have to be careful when ordering off of these sites.
Sometimes they use the pictures from original designers, but what they make for you are knockoffs that may or may not be close to what the real dress looked like.
Before ordering from any company online, you should always ask questions about their product so that you know what you are going to receive.
Please be careful out there.
I personally find the American based suppliers such as
Romantic Gowns,
My Gowns.com,
Plus Size Bridal more reliable and accountable.
