I ordered a wedding dress from MyLoveBridal.com.

My dress came 4 months later and it was Ivory not white.

I guess in China the sizing is different. I ordered a US size 14. That dress fit my cousin that is a size 7 in the USA..

They don't even care to help me. They ignored my Email. NO REFUND FROM THEM..

On their web site, you don’t see any bad reviews because the company reviews the comments first.

Read the little print... BAD COMPANY! I HATE THEM!!

Thanks for writing and sharing your painful experience with this company.

I'm finding that there are more and more cases of these Chinese based wedding dress companies whose only focus is to produce a crappy product and then hide behind bad customer service to reduce brides to tears!

As for the reviews, I can only assume their reviews are what might happen on this site...the company gives a good review of themselves (but I can catch them with their ip address and I call them out on it).

So sorry for the bad experience but I'm deeply appreciative that you took the time to write about it here and warn other brides.
