I have had the worst experience with inweddingdress.com!!!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I was going to be in about 5 months down the road.

It took longer to arrive than they had said. Once it arrived, everything was ok - the measurements were not accurate, but that's it.

I then found out I was pregnant. It was too late to return the dress, and there was no way I was fitting into the dress at the wedding.

So, I ordered a new dress & had to pay the $50 rush shipping because I couldn't wait another 2 months to receive my dress again.

The 2nd dress arrived much earlier than the first one. Measurements were off again. Way off.

The dresses were two different colors. Not completely different, but holding them next to each other you could definitely tell. The 2nd dress was also missing the lining that the 1st dress had and all the other bridesmaids have.

So the dress I have to wear to the wedding is a different shade and looks different than the other dresses because of missing the lining.

I am furious, the bride is furious. And what makes it worse is the company is absolutely unwilling to work with me - they keep telling me I ordered it wrong, then they say I just don't see the lining (how can you not?!?!), and they will not admit they made the dress wrong.

WORST customer service I have ever received.

They make me feel stupid about this whole situation. One solution they had was to bring the dress to another seamstress and have them add lining to the dress to match the other dresses.

They don't stand behind their work and treat customers - at least in my experience - horribly.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Your wedding day is supposed to be perfect, and it won't be if you work with this company.
