Pauls Bridal the untrustworthy couture

So I ordered my dream dress from Pauls Bridal on January 25th of 2011.

The site says that it takes 4-6 weeks to make so I figured I had plenty of time in case of problems.

Well, after filing a Paypal complaint the end of March I finally received the dress on April 4th. Yes the dress was nice but to my surprise it was silver and off-white.

Worrying about potential mistakes in color, I emailed them on January 27th to confirm it was gold and ivory.

After crying for several hours, I filed another Paypal complaint and called Pauls Bridal.

His response was that "the designer thought it looked more beautiful in silver".

The midsection area of the dress was also not the shape of the dress of the pic.

Yes, the dresses look beautiful on the pictures but they are very inaccurate.

He is rude, insenstive and a liar.

They also said that the back was "lace up corset". It was a zipper.

They do not look 95% accurate to the picture.

Just save yourselves the stress buy AMERICAN.

I'm so sorry for all that you have gone through but I, and a lot of other brides are very thankful that you shared your story with us here.

I went online to check out this site, and you're right, indeed it is another cheap Chinese wedding dress supplier.

Their prices are good and response is good....until you have a problem, then everything changes as you have experienced yourself.

I especially like their return policy...

If you buy a dress without an actual picture on our website, the actual dress will look more than 95% similar to the dress in the pictures. However, the quality of our products is the best. And I love the response that you got... "the designer thought it looked more beautiful in silver"...shouldn't that have been your decision to make as the customer?!
