Has anyone ordered or know anything about Phoebe Bridal.com. I have found the dress that I want on this website but I am wondering if they are reliable?

This online wedding dress supplier's factory is located in China and you can contact them through live chat, email, skype and contact form.

Make sure that you review their return policy carefully. It looks like they have a pretty good return policy...

"We just accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).


But note that dresses must be sent back within three days of receipt, you are responsible for shipping costs and they charge a 30% restocking fee.

I would ask if their return policy is valid if the dress turns out to be a knock-off copy of the designer dress photo and you are disappointed in the quality.

Ask as many questions you need to, to be sure of your purchase.
