Warning!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from this online supplier.

I got my dress, if you can even call it a dress. Do you have no heart?

Advertising this as a wedding dress is just cruel.

I will be on your website (Discountdress.com) everyday letting potential customer know what kind of low grade material you could buy at Hancock fabric you sent me.

Not only am I out almost $400.00 of my hard earned money, but I also have to search for a new dress.

I hope for karma to come down on your company (Discountdress.com).

I tried to check into this website to see what they are all about since you are the first person to write in concerning them.

discountdress.com doesn't really lead to anywhere, so I tried discount-dress.com and came up with a website that sells discount wedding, bridesmaid, prom, etc. dresses.

It appears this is another cheap wedding dress supplier located in Zhejiang China.

They state on their website that "If you don't like the size, color or quality of the dress you received, you may return it according to our Return & Exchange Policy."

BUT, then under their Return policy page, they say, "All requests for returns because of the reasons such as not looks beautiful as picture , not beautiful as expect , not like the fabric, etc. are not accepted."

Huh?

I have a funny feeling that this is yet another Chinese based website that uses original designer photos posted on their website, but what you receive is a cheaper quality knock-off of the dress you fell in love with.

It seems that you have very little ways of getting in touch with them if you do have questions (or problems!); only through an online submission form or through a live chat.

Personally, I like dealing with a company that is a little more up front with their contact information and it should include at least a telephone number, email, and snail mail address.

Hopefully, you can get your money back perhaps through your credit card company or paypal.
