Review of BridalWeddingDresses.ca

This is a terrible company - I sympathize with any bride trying to save some money on weddings as they're very expensive, but this is not the way to do it.

I ordered a dress from BridalWeddingDresses.ca and the one they sent me looked nothing like the one I ordered.

They acknowledged that this was a serious error and said I could either pay to send it back and have it fixed or they would give me $50 to go to a tailor (which wouldn't cover it).

I opted to return it and get my money back, so I returned it the way they said; only I never got my money back AND they refused delivery of the dress they told me to return!

I currently have a complaint of fraud against them.

Buyer beware!

At first I thought it was a Canadian company due to the .ca of their website address, but sure enough when I investigated a little further, I could see that they were located in China.

Ah, they're getting sneakier now trying to hide where they are from...some of them also have been using .co.uk to disguise their true origin as well.

I'm so sorry that you had such a bad experience with this company but am glad that you posted it here. Many brides find these reviews on this website and will think twice about ordering from this company based on what you wrote.

I hope that all goes well in your favor with fraud complaint against them, but I could also suggest you contact the Consumer Council and file with them as well (sort of like China's BBB)
