Review of Veromia Bridal

I would like to share my experience of Veromia Bridal, to prevent other unsuspecting brides of the problems in purchasing dresses from this company.

I found out much to my horror today that their dresses are not manufactured in England or even Europe for that matter, which I believed to be the case from viewing their website.

The dresses are, in fact, made in factories in China.

My wedding is in 3 weeks and it would appear that the dresses have not been shipped yet.

I have been informed that when the dresses are shipped it will take several days for them to clear customs then they have to be delivered to the depot, and finally out to the stores.

I ordered the dresses 6 months before the wedding date and was told that the dresses would be in for June.

What makes me cross is that had I have known that the dresses were being made in China I could have ordered some dresses from Ebay that I knew were made in China and at a fraction of the cost.

The reason that I bought from this particular company was because I thought that they were based in Europe.

It is not advertised on the website that the dresses are made in China, so it would appear that purchasing dresses via Ebay from China isn't such a gamble after all.

Thanks for taking the time to write to us about your experience with Veronia Bridal.

I was not familiar with this company; you are the first one to mention this online supplier!

It is unfortunate that it seems that you will be getting your dress so late from this company.

Certainly, I would think that 6 months would be enough time for the dresses to be made for you!

I think that you would find that a lot of designer dresses are made in China, just because cheaper labour makes for higher profit margins.

But the difference between ordering from a Chinese website and the real designer is quality control.

I've received so many reviews from Brides who have ordered from other Chinese online wedding dress websites who have received such poor quality knock-offs, it would make your head spin!

I do, however, think that Ebay does give you a better shot at finding a quality manufacturer just by reading carefully the reviews of others who have dealt with that manufacturer.

Do please write back and let us know how it turns out; if you received your dresses in time and if you were happy.

I'm really hoping that you do get them soon so that any alterations could be made.

I would definitely keep up the pressure and let them know that rush/overnight shipping should be made at their expense!
