I liked a dress at sistersdress.com
the factory is located in China.

Does anyone had an experience with this website?

Thanks for your question about this wedding dress supplier and welcome to the site.

I'm not familiar with this site so if there is anyone out there who has had any dealings with them, please do write in.

In the meantime, let's do a little looksee...

They have been online for only 1 year, 10 months (as of June 2011). Generally, the longer the time a business has been around the better.

You are indeed correct, this company is located in China and provides you with an email address, live chat, phone number and also a snail mail address if you need to get in touch with them.

I like seeing that they provide you a lot of ways to get in touch with them.

By looking at their site, I can see that they use a lot of pictures of their own design dresses on mannequins.

I think this way you have a much better chance of getting what you see while some of these other Chinese wedding dress suppliers just use the pictures of the designer dresses on their website, but will send you a cheaper quality knock-off.

I took a look at their return policy...

"• Before delivery the item , we must check the size and confirm item perfect . when you receive the item , if you find any question , please contact us . we will reply within 48 hours .
• If the dress not fit you , you can sent the item back within 7 days , we can refund your dress cost (not include postage) .or you can choose another the same price dress from us ,we can free make for you ,but you may have to pay for new dress shipping cost!
• If the dress size wrong or color wrong because us mistake , you can sent the item back , we can free mend the dress for you .If you cann't return the item,we will only refund your gown cost 60%-90% and take the gown cost 10%-40%,And that ,we cann't refund your shipping cost, • If not us mistakeyou can sent back , and pay for us postage ,we also can free mend the dress for you"

Beyond the obvious poor English, it's a little cryptic, so do email prior to deciding to order and ask questions such as "how much their restocking fee is" etc.

Also, keep in mind, that if you are shipping a dress back to China, it could cost you quite a bit in postage.

Be careful, ask questions!
