I have been doing the same research on this website (Bestdressprice.com) and have sent them a few emails.

The person who has responded to me has been very nice and they sent me a pic of the dress I was interested in.

I have asked for them to send me info on their company as they are not listed with the BBB.

If you google the phone number it is in Texas, and the person on the answering machine is Chineese (or Asian at least with the accent).
