Has any one out there ever used The Dress-Shop.com? I would like to know your experience.

I haven't had anyone ask about this wedding dress supplier, so if there is anyone out there who has had any experience with them, please do write in.

In the meantime, let's take a look at this company.

It looks like it has been online for almost 10 years. The longer a company has been in business, I think the better it is.

It is located in China and they offer many ways to get in touch with them including live chat, email, contact form, snail mail address and telephone. (which I like!)

I notice on their website that they show their dresses in quite a number of ways including using models and having the on mannequins.

I'm thinking that the ones on the mannequins might be their own designs and therefore, you would have a good chance at receiving the dress you see on your computer screen.

For the other ones, I would definitely put in a question to them asking if they are going to be knock-offs of the pictures they show on their website.

Do check out their return policy and make sure that you are agreeable to their terms...

"We only accept return if there are obvious quality problems which exclude size and color problems, and wrong shipping times. (Quality problem can be defined as obvious quality defects, not following the customization requirement of customer and size deviation from the original size criteria as well as required measurements)"

Their restocking fee appears to be 30% meaning that if you do return the dress for a refund you will receive 70% of the amount you paid (minus the shipping you will have to pay to send it back).

If you do decide to order from them, please do take some time and let us know how it went.
