I too am trying to warn other people.

I had the same problem. They would not admit it was their mistake when the dress I ordered was 4" smaller than the ordered size.

I have spent twice as much as budgeted for due to having to have expensive alterations done. And even then the dress is not perfect.

Some of the shutter layers on my dress were very uneven and my master seamstress was unable to fix it.

I have learned a very expensive lesson not to order on line from a company that will not let you return an item.

I could of bought a fabulous dress from Nordstroms at full price and still not spend as much as I have had to on this bargain priced dress.

This was not a bargain!
