Tiffany Bridals (aka Sharon's Bridal) not to be confused with Tiffany's Bridal

I found the dress of my dreams and was a bit sticker shocked....then came to Tiffany Bridals website AKA Sharon's Bridal.

I knew it was to good to be true. Always listen to that little voice in your head.

Before the dress was even mailed out I found more and more awful comments about them. I canceled the purchase two weeks after the order and Shirley emailed me back asking why.

I told her I found a different dress, which I had. She emailed me back and said a 10% charge would be taken since the order had been canceled after the 24 hour cancelation period, and then told me I would receive a refund ASAP.....2 weeks later still waiting and she won't return my emails.

This is a company in China.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU!

I should have listened to my inner voice.

I'm very sorry for the ordeal you have gone through with this company, but I (and my readers) are very grateful for you writing about your experience.

I hope that you do end up getting your refund, but, if you paid with a credit card or Paypal, you might have a better chance at getting your refund through them.
