I ordered my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses from topbridaldress, and it was the worst experience ever...

First, I ordered color swatches to use for my wedding.

The dresses were made in a different material than the color swatches so therefore it is not going to match my wedding.

They would not do anything about it.

Then, the dresses were not made the sizes we gave them.

One of the dresses that had sleeves had sleeves that were uneven. One sleeve was two inches longer than the other!

The dresses were cheaply made, and had tears and rips in them.

They won't do anything to help. And they insult you.

Then, my wedding dress was the worst. It seemed fine the first time I tried it on.

Then, a few months later I tried it on again. Nothing touched it for months...and yet my dress was falling apart.

I had to buy a new dress because my wedding dress was falling apart.

On top of that, they would not listen to me, or give me a refund... or do anything to help me.

This was the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I would advise everyone to stay away from using them.

Their dresses might be cheaper, but it is cheap, and not worth the hassle of dealing with them.

You are not the only bride who has written in about this wedding dress supplier.

I have even caught them trying to pad their own reviews on this site but caught them via their ip address.

I think that really shows what kind of company they are right there!

So, you are not the only one who has issues with them and, unfortunately, I'm sure that you are not going to be the last.

The only way to expose these kinds of companies for what they are and what kind of products they provide is by writing reviews such as the one you just did.

I'm sure that you are going to save another bride from much frustration and pain.

I hope that you filed a dispute with your credit card company or with Paypal (if you used them to pay for your dresses). You might be able to get your money back.

I would also file a complaint with the Consumer Council which seems to be China's Better Business Bureau.
