Top Bridal Dresses are a joke

Hi all , my first post,

Normally I wouldn´t do this but I feel its best to save all my sisters here potential headache and distress.

I purchased online from Topbridaldress, a "copy" of a Birnbaum and Bullock dress, absolutely georgous lace number with beautiful detail in the bodice and shoulder, alencon lace body and train.

I knew the dress was a replica, as the original price was 10 times that, but I thought even though it was a rep the quality would be ok.. wrong..

The dress looked USED! The lace was a cheap polyester/nylon and the beading detail completly off and some of the beading was hanging loose on the dress :(( the bust so badly sitted I needed 1 boob an A cup , the other a D cup.

The dress had oil stains on the hem, and looked like it had been dragged through a hedge backwards...

When I complained they said I could return it, but they would charge me 50% restocking fee , which is so sickening, as I'm returning a defect item, not because I don't "like it"

I know it seems like I'm just venting, but these types of companies shouldn´t get away with this type of treatment!!

Honestly, I feel so ripped off right now, and with the wedding not too far away, I don't have money to be throwing away !
