Oh Liz! That's horrible and frustrating! Thank you so much for posting and perhaps educating other brides from buying from Top Bridal Dress.

If you put the payment for your dress on a credit card, try contacting your credit card company to see if you could get a refund that way! They might also start to look into this company as well!

I found a Maggie Sottero dress in a store and I fell in love with it but it was about $850 so I started looking online and comparing prices.

I found topbridaldress.com and I bought what I thought was a Maggie Sottero dress from this website and I didn't think twice about it until the day the dress was supposed to arrive.

I started looking into the website and heard horid stories about it so I started worrying. My dress arrived about 5/6 days after they said it would and I opened it hoping to see an authentic Maggie Sottero dress but to my disappointment, it was a fake.

They had the nerve to send me a dress that had safety pins all over it and it didn't fit at all!

I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund from them but I have a feeling I'm going to have to put up a fight.

If anyone has any advice about reporting this company, please share. Thanks
