Does the bride have to wear a veil?

Thanks for writing to us with your question!

It's your day and if you don't want to wear a veil you don't have to.

There are actually many choices out there for veils such as:

• Short Veils


• Mid Length Veils


• Long Veils


• One Layer Veils


• Two Layer Veils


• Mantilla Veils


• Birdcage Veils

On my wedding day, I wore a veil that was velcroed onto a hair comb that was nestled into my updo hairstyle.

That way I had the best of both worlds...a veil for the ceremony and then I could detach it easily for the reception.

But if you would like to forego wearing a veil altogether, that is certainly okay.

If you would still like to incorporate a little bit of bling, you could always go with other Bridal Hair Accessories such as:

• Tiaras


• Flowers and Feathers


• Bun Wraps and Wreaths


• Combs


• Hair Pins


• Headbands


• Barrettes

So you can see, you have a lot of choices to choose from if you don't want to wear a veil.
