This is a continuation of page 1 of the Wedding Cake Gallery. Here are some of the cakes I found on a great site called Cake Central. Just click on the image and it will take you to the submission page so you can get all the details on how it was created. Wedding Cake Photo Gallery - Square Wedding Cakes: A beautiful three tiered square cake with roses on top for decoration. Very nice!  This fondant square cake in this wedding cake photo gallery has a pretty fondant bow on top and incorporates the couples wedding colours.  A gorgeous buttercream square cake using fresh flowers and ribbons. Notice how the tiers are slightly askew.  Four tiers of square cakes turned slightly with a cascade of marzipan fruits and gumpaste flowers.  A beautiful three tiered square cake with ribbon and red roses. Very classy!  A nice combination of square and round tiers. Cakes are French Vanilla flavour and all covered in white buttercream with fondant stripes and purple buttercream dots.
There are edible pearls on 3 of the tiers as small accents. Tiers are white and chocolate, iced in all buttercream. Yum!  Four tiered fondant cakes with buttercream accents and ribbon. The carnations were done in gumpaste. Cake sizes were 16", 12", 8" and 4".  I just love the lacey look of this cake! Cakes are 14", 12", 10" and 8" with separation plates between them with ivory ribbons. Gorgeous!  Who says you have to have only one cake? Take a peek at these wonderful little square cakes. Each one was a 2"x2"x2" fruit cake. Too cute! Wedding Cake Photo Gallery - Fountain Wedding Cakes: A classic fountain cake along with stairs and pillars. Made with buttercream icing, this is usually what is envisioned with a fountain!  There are actually 11 different cakes here along with a beautiful lighted fountain. Each cake is a different flavor and everything is buttercream except for the roses on the tops, between layers, and around the fountain, which are gumpaste brushed with luster dust. Beautiful! The water in the fountain was tinted to match the wedding colors, the ivy was silk. Another interesting thing about this cake is that the fountain was used as a topper!  A lovely wedding cake in this wedding cake photo gallery, with a fountain using stairs with cake topper in the middle and fountain below. This cake was made using two 14" tiers and two 11" tiers all made with buttercream icing.
This beautiful, majestic cake is all buttercream with teal (wedding colours) buttercream roses. Tall pillars accomodate the beautiful fountain at the bottom.  There are three center cakes with two 2-tier side cakes. All cakes are iced with a buttercream icing. All the cakes and fillings were different...ranging from yellow cake with a lemon filling, white cake with strawberry filling and chocolate cake with a mocha/oreo filling. The fresh flowers, bridesmaids (on stairway) and fountain all match the colors of the wedding decor. Classic! A beautiful wedding cake with a fountain. Notice how the water was tinted to match the colors of the cake/wedding party.  I've included this cake in this wedding cake photo gallery, just to show you that you do not have to physically have a fountain and running water to created the illusion of movement and flow. Here, a fountain of beads is being used, but you can easily find cake jewellery or crystals to use instead.
Simply beautiful!  A whimsical cake made with fondant, gumpaste/fondant mix for fountain, flowers and stone and piping gel and wires for water. Another way to give the illusion of water and a fountain without physically having them! Wedding Cake Photo Gallery - Heart Shaped Wedding Cakes: A beautiful tiered heart wedding cake, white with buttercream icing and flowers for decoration.  A gorgeous heart shaped cake this time with no pillars, just nicely stacked with scroll design and fresh flowers (roses and orchids).  Another way to have a heart shaped cake. This time each layer is on separate cake stands.  Here you have another heart shaped cake only it is a single layer and complete with wedding bands and doves for decoration.  A gorgeous heart shaped cake with pillars and ivy. Very classy!  Although these are heart shaped cookies, imagine if you did the same thing in little cakes for each guest at your wedding? Sweet!
This one features two ivory fondant covered heart shaped cakes and has flowers and decorations that are all edible.  A lovely tiered heart cake with a cute cake topper on top!Yellow flowers complete the decorations. Wedding Cake Photo Gallery - Christmas Wedding Cakes: This beautiful cake consists of a 6" and 10" tier made with fondant. Wrapped up with a fondant bow...a perfect present.  A lovely wedding cake made up of 12", 10", and 6" rounds iced in buttercream. Silk greens, flowers and Christmas decorations used in between the layers.  A beautiful wedding cake using icing as puffs as snow and of course, poinsettias.  A beautiful buttercream icing wedding cake with sugared fruit and ribbon.  A gorgeous wedding cake with red roses, pine cones, berries and holiday greenery made out of gumpaste.  A beautiful tiered wedding cake with those Christmas colors of red, green and white.
All were covered in fondant with icing and silver dragees details. Snowflakes were made with fondant and edible glitter and balls were upside down christmas ornaments. Table decorated with Christmas theme too.  A lovely wedding cake made up of 6-8-10 square tiers, buttercream frosting, gumpaste holly & bow and satin ribbon.
